Accompanying with Recyclable and Aiming for Zero Waste, Renewable is also one of our top priority to improve environmental footprint. We are installing a solar energy system on the roof of the factory and it is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2022. The electricity from these solar panels will be used for the operation of the plant and help reduce the carbon footprint of electricity generated from fossil fuels such as coal and natural gas.

Another of our solution for sustainability goals is our bio based pouch which is approved for the How2Recycle Store Drop off Program. The pouch is made of renewable bio-polyetylene polymer from sugarcane resources. It helps reduce production of polymers using fossil resources. All properties of the bio based pouch such as appearance, sealability, barrier and mechanical properties are comparable with conventional fossil based pouch.
